Since ive been taking the Vitals they have been improved a few times. Now all you take is 3 different shaped pills which are already packaged to go . Ive not been ill since i have been taking them other then a very light sniffle, this is while people round me had been suffering from heavy colds and not been able to train. As Tim says .. The rich B vitamin does make your pee bright yellow after 1st taking them in the morning, lol

cant comment on results because i stopped taking them but the pills are quite big and smell like dog pumps so quite hard to swallow also they made my pee luminous yellow
