Normally i would never try products like this as i think half the time they never work so i thort i would try it and and see for myself if i would gain any results from it.
Done my first month on this and i have noticed results i must say my strength went up within the 2nd week not by alot but no one is going to massive results unless your on illigal substances!.( you know what i mean dont do it) Although there are quite afew tablets to swollow i must say but they arent large. Oh and also the only other products that i was taking with this was creatine and protein nothing else!
I found myself have a shorter temper as usuall and i had been told this from my girlfriend and another friend of mine so weather that is a result of this product i dont know.
Good product though worked for me i will proberbly buy it again or test out some other products.

Great Supplement. Just coming to the end of first cysle and in 2 weeks I have put on about 3-4 Kgs. This is together with a 3 day training cycle, Nutrabolics Skin bursting Stack and Optimum Serious Mass Protein. Definately feel more focused in the gym and great in aiding pumps aswell

Of the three, you're better off with M Stak. However, before you use these types of products at your age, I would ensure you are using a protein (or weight gain product if you aren't willing to eat huge amounts of food that is needed to pack on muscle) and creatine.

I'm a 35 year old male who has purchased this product hoping for some serious grrrrrrrrh, only to see you say the word normal! - A.
The "Normal" range of testosterone for males is 300 to 1000 ng/ml in the blood. However, this is not very relavant to Richard's drug test as with testosterone levels, they actually test for a ratio of testosterone to epitestosterone (which has a much higher variation than testosterone levels and which means you could exceed the 1000 ng/mL mark and still not test positive. The reason I used the word "range" is that this is too involved a subject for me to get into too much detail. So my apologies for not being spefic enough but this section is designed for breif answers and to properly answer is not possible in this space. I would suggest you google "testosterone to epitestosterone ration" if you want more info on this.

Some of the Stak capsules contain gelatin (most likely from cow origin), as do all capsule products except those that advertise as using "vegicaps". You can try Googling "testosterone boosters and vegicaps" but I don't think you'll have much luck and if you order from the USA, it will likely get stopped by customs and you'll lose your money and won't get the product.
What some guys (usually Muslims) do is open the cap and wash it down with food or a drink but this probably tastes pretty bad. - Q.

The good news is that none of the ingredients in this product are banned and they shouldn't cause your testosterone levels to be above the normal range. However, the only way to be sure with supplements is to use one that states it has been Doping or Drug Tested/screened, as tiny amounts of drugs could possibly find their way into some products due to being manufactured in the same facility as those containing banned substances.

If you haven't had any time off training for a while, this can be a great time to re-generate and you may even find that after the first few workouts back in the gym that you're stronger and more muscular. So it could be a good idea to continue with the stack to further boost regeneration.
