I basically got this on offer, I normally opt for choc or cookie flavour but this is by far the nicest tasting powder I've ever had!! Mixes really well.

this is the best tasting protein on the market, it actually tastes just like a bottle of milkshake. The only down side is i would now struggle with any other brand

Cookies & Cream flavour was the best tasting supplement ive ever had. Worth drinking just for taste alone without all the nutritional benefits.

Q. Hi, how would you stack this with N.O Xplode?: A.
Xplode: 1-3 scoops about 1/2 hr before training and 1 scoop on an empty stomach on non-training days.

Syntha-6: take it with or between meals and snacks (especilly meals/snacks that aren't very high in protein). You can take 1 to 6 scoops per day (most people take 2 or 3) depending on how hard and often you train, your body size and how much protein you get in your diet.
Q. How does this differ from USN Pure Protein IGF-1 in terms of digestion rate and value for money Are they similar products': A.
Syntha-6 is notoriously great tasting but isn't very high in protein (less than half of the calories are from protein). The IGF-1 is notoriously good value and high in protein but low in fat and carbs. The protein components would have similar digestion rates as they are both combination proteins.
Q. Hi, was just wondering how this compares with nitro-tech and which one gives me most value for money.: A.
Nitro-Tech is one the best (if not THE best) selling whey protein products in the world and has tons of research to support its effects on gaining muscle and strength. Syntha-6 is more of a meal replacement supplement because it contains nutrients other than protein (fat and carbohydrates) in fairly high concentrations. so if your looking at gaining lean muscle and recovering from training, you won't find better than Nitro-Tech. So you get more protein and better results for your money from Nitro-Tech.
Q. How long does each tub last before the date expireing if the tub is un-opened? Thanks: A.
As long as it is sealed properly and not stored in very hot or moist conditions, the contents of this and other protein products are fine to eat until the expiration date of the product is reached whether it has been opened or not. The expiration date is usually on the side of the tub at the bottom or near the top. In the case of Syntha-6, it is on the bottom left of the front of the label.
