I’ve had a couple of these bars now and I normally have them on a break at work or before a workout. The extra 25g of protein and 260 Calories is very welcome to my diet and a great source of extra energy before or after a workout. The bars are quite big and very strong in flavour. If your looking for a bar that delivers then I would say this bars does. The price is good for what you get and it’s cheaper than other bars on the market.
