I am not much of a fan of most fish so this is perfect for me, allowing me to eat other types of food whilst still getting the benefits of fish in these capsules.
Loses a mark because can be a little volotile in the old stomache and burps do taste a little fishy. Always make sure you take with water and always always always make sure that you swallow whole!!
