would be interseted to hear what any one else thinks about this product, to me this is a total waste of money , it does pep you up a bit but only makes you more alert it makes no difference to my training what so ever , find eating my bananas and having a cup of coffee far more beneficial

It's 175 milligrams per serving (2 servings per bottle). You can stack it with green tea but often green tea formulas also contain a large dose of caffeine, so some people may find this amount of caffeine to be excessive but this depends entirely on your personal tolerance to caffeine.
