Great product. Tastes crap with water, but when mixed with fruit juice you can't taste it.

Can I combine USN LGlutamine with maximuscle cyclone and promax diet? Given the Cyclone already has 10g of glutamine per serving, can one have too much glutamine? Are there negative side effects?

A.

Glutamine is the most predominant amino acid in the body and can be taken in very large dosages. However, doses of 20 to 30 grams (as used in some scientific studies) can cause stomach upset in some people. Glutamine has no other known side effects that we are aware of.

Hi there how would i go about taking this product on non-training days and also how long do you think it would last me if i train 4 times a week?

Take about 5 grams of glutamine before and after training. You can take it with other supplements also You can take it on non-training days with your protein shakes also but it is more important to take before and after exercise.
