Directions

after taking this product for 2 weeks i went from benching 40 kg to a whopping 120 kg. no joke its unbelieveable.

Been using it for a 2 months now. Flat bench from 50kg's to an awesome 90kg's! Been using the whey protein and PURE Protein as well. So impressed with the product. Tablets are a bit huge, but so are my arms haha. Stoked! Well done USN!

Can't comment on effects - other comments sound +ve though, but found the tablets Huge! Nearly choked to death everytime; so ended up crushing them [so disguisting]. Glad when I finally finished them.

Total waste of money, After 2 months of use, Definitely doesn't do what it claims. No increase in strength or size, tablets are like the size of torpedo's, and very powdery. Very disappointed product from USN as they usually produce excellent supplements. Going to give this product a miss in the future.

would creatine x4 + pure protein + L glutamine be a good stack? Or would the amount of L-Glutamine be too much for my body? Wat would be the minimum age somebody can take this supplement?

The supplement stack you refer to looks sound. It contains the two most important supplements - protein and creatine, rounded off with glutamine. It would be difficult to take too much glutamine (if you take over 30 grams at one time, you will likely be heading for the toilet but most people only take 5 or 10 grams at a time maximum). Glutamine is found naturally in several foods in a typical diet and there is no "minimum age" to take this product. Creatine has not been well studied in young people but it has a very good safety profile in adults and there is no reason to believe that reasonable dosages would be harmful - see our recent response to a similar question in the "Customer Questions" section.
