Ingredients

Directions
Add 2 rounded scoops to approximately 300ml of cool water. Stir directly in a glass with a fork or use a hand-held shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 2 to 3 servings daily between meals and before and after training.

I see real, noticeable gains on this. Have been using it for the last 6 weeks (changed from PHD to Sci-MX) and got 3 comments about muscle mass increase, one guy thought I'd gone on the gear! Amazing results. Used PHD Synergy and this is in a different league. Really works well for me. Won't use anything else.

I tried a tub of this in place of the USN whey protein I usually buy:
Taste - Frothy and lean, nowhere near as stomachable as USN product
Mixability - better than USN, but only slihtly, froth makes it a pain to drink.
Cost - more than USN
Performance - It doesnt make me feel full or offset hunger, whereas USN's product does.
Overall very dissapointed, was expecing a lot better from Sci-MX, but USN will be ordered next time.

Could i use this powder to replace 2 meals a day as an MRP i'm on a diet where i only have carbs for meals 1 and 2 and the other 4 i have no carbs or only carbs from vegetables and cycle this with a high carb day every 4 days. would this be suitable to have on my low carb day to replace 2 of these meals or would you recommend PHD diet whey'

You can do this for an extreme carb- and fat-cutting strategy if you can handle the hunger pangs. I would strongly advise a multi-vitamin/mineral.
We have a new product called Eat Smart, which is designed to keep you full (by adding some functional fibres) but is mostly protein (most of the carbs have no calories because it's fibre) and tastes amazing.
PhD Diet Whey has some added ingredients that help with fat loss, so this may work better than 100% Whey.
