Reflex Creapure Creatine Monohydrate 500g

Creatine naturally occurs in the body; it is present in every human cell and functions as an energy store. Depending on body weight and muscle mass, the body stores between 100 and 150gms of Creatine, of which about 2 to 4 grams are used every day for normal activity. Half of the required Creatine is produced by the body itself, the rest must be obtained daily from food. For an optimal supply of Creatine, 500g of raw meat or raw fish must be consumed every day. Because this is hardly feasible in practice, supplementary Creatine makes sense and is recommended.

The subject of more than 300 studies, it is one of the most researched of all supplements. Creatine Monohydrate is universally recognized as offering the potential to increase maximal strength and endurance by up to 15% in speed sports as well as intensive weight training, even in the short term. Improvement can be as high as 20% for maximal strength in interval training; approximately 30% for power increase and energy release in short sprints and up to 15% in training for repeated sprints. Creatine intake also results in improved concentration, higher endurance in training and faster recovery.

Creatine Monohydrate is ideal for a broad range of sports people; from bodybuilders through to those who need explosive power in their chosen sport or those involved in speed sports. There are a broad variety of Creatines available on the market today and it is critical that you choose a research proven safe source.

What makes Creapure Creatine different from the competition?
Whilst there are many different forms of Creatine available on the market today, Creapure is the only Creatine in the world to be consistently tested free from impurities and by-products. Manufactured by AlzChem of Germany, Creapure Creatine is the only choice for those who want a research proven safe source of Creatine. This is especially important since other sources of Creatine potentially contain impurities and by-products including Creatinine (CRN), dicyandiamide (DCD), Dihydrotriazine (DHT) and Thiourea.

Q & A

Q.

I have been using CellMass for 5 weeks and do not like it, can I just go back on Mono straight away'
Good idea to load'
Also does this need to be cycled to be effective'

A.

You should load if you have been off creatine for a month or more. You may also benefit from loading again from time to time and then just taking one serving on non-training days and two on training days with one being after training with whey protein and carbs or a post-wokout drink. Monohydrate is very effective if taken with a big meal or shake that contains lots of carbs (at least 75 grams) and the addition of protein further increases uptake and retention in the muscles.
Fo max results, try Cell-Tech - this has long been the favourite for big, quick gains in muscle mass and strength and still sells as well today as it did 10 years ago.

Q.

hi im using universal nutrition creatine, can i just follow on with reflex or do i have to load up again'

A.

Both of these are high-quality powdered creatine products, so no need to re-load. However, some research shows that it may be a good idea to re-load from time to time (every 12 weeks or so) unless you are taking at least one 5 gram serving on non-training days and two 5 gram servings on training days (one serving being with you post-exercise shake).

Q.

Is it harmful to take creatin if you are not fully grown?

A.

The fact is, no one knows. Creatine is found naturally in the diet, so it is clear that some amount of creatine is fine and probably good for us. There have been about 3000 scientific studies on creatine now to date and several "safety round table discussions" with many of the world's foremost experts and they have concluded that creatine has no side effects besides muscle growth and strength - and yes, that includes all the myths about cramping, water retention and other supposed side effects. However, virtually all of these studies were done using adults. Therefore, we would recommend that the most important thing is that you train hard, eat a high-calorie, high protein diet with plenty of fruits and veg and healthy "omega-3" fats. Next ensure that you get enough quality protein by taking a whey protein supplement. Thirdly, if you are going to use creatine at an early age, you may want to be on the safe side and take a maximum of 3 grams per day (about a level teaspoon). It will take longer to get the full effects of creatine with this dose (about 30 days), but this would be very unlikely to cause side effects.

Q.

Hi, i just wondered how much 5g of creatine is in relation to a tea spoon'

A.

5 grams is about one heaping teaspoon

Q.

What liquid would you reccomend mixing this product in to achieve maximum absorbtion of the creatine'

A.

Already answered'
