Directions
For the best results use 2 servings of Pharma-Blend 6 HR daily. Use 1 serving at any stage throughout the day when a slow burning, timed release protein meal is required. Use the final serving as the pre-bedtime muscle repair meal.

Fantastic product!
The belgian chocolate flavour is the best tasting supplement I have had. When I use this I see the results start to appear in my training and physique.
If this product is like anything else on the market its similar to the USN IGF-1 in terms of nutrition. I have used Pharma Whey, Pharma Gain and Synergy but found this the most beneficial!
But remember! Every person is unique! Supplements are very much trial and error! its taken me 16 months to find the protein that works best for my lifestyle and needs!

looking at other reviews , 6hr sounds like it tastes bad , i have been using the bannana flavour , i think it tastes good the texture is okay i prefere to mix it with water rather than milk. and i have had no problems with bloat or a bad stomach . good product =)

I used yesterday, I bought the Belgian chocolate flavour. It taste veeery bad yuck
i would prefer to use casein optimum much better

This is a great product. Taste great (vainlla creme) and mixes pretty well. I generally mix it with 400ml of milk before bed and it keeps me tied over till the morning really well. Also gives me the energy in the morning to get up and get on with the day. Top Notch. It is a little seedy in texture which some may not like but its all good for me.

Tastes good, value is pretty good. Terrible mixability though. Couldn't recomend. I think these blended proteins/glutamine peptide products can have their place but99% of the time you're best of with straight up whey.

Why is this product in a bag? And how long, on avergae is the exprirery date once this product is opened?

Pharma Blend is in a resealable bag as some people find these bags easier than a tub to take with them to work, or to the gym etc. Once opened, the product will remain fresh for a few months, by which time you'll have finished the bag so there's no need to be concerned about the product expiring before you finish it.
