Add 4 heaped dessertspoons (50g) to 1 pint of water. For best results use a blender or shaker.

Prbably the highest protein serving around, cant understand people going on about the taste and opening the the container! if you cant open the container then you gonna have trouble lifting those weights. anyway good value in my opinion

Can't comment on quality muscle gains with this product as its early days yet. I got Chocolate flavour but it tastes more like peanut butter to me. It's a bit 'gritty' too once mixed with water or milk in a shaker. I blend mine with 3/4 tbsp peanut butter, a frozen banana, 350ml milk and 125ml of water anyway so it doesn't make much difference to me what it tastes like. That way i can use just the one scoop and it lasts twice as long and i still get the same amount of protein :-) Go and buy a £15 Moulinex Blender if you haven't got one already !
If you go for taste as well as results i highly recommend Garnell Nutrition High Performance whey over this anyway as it tastes delicious, mixes instantly and i got very reasonable gains in the month i used it. But this is cheap for the protein intake you get so the taste is bearable.
All in all i'd give this 5 out of 10 for flavour. 8 out of 10 for protein quality/ amount and 6 out of 10 for mixability with a shaker bottle. They should put it in a tub with a screw top too for ease of use. Hope this helps.

Very good value for money with a high protein content which is needed the only thing is the strawberry tastes bloody awfull.

This product has got to be the bang for your buck supplement. Firstly, it's cheap. Very cheap. Secondly, it consists of a high quality protein blend namely whey isolate and casein. Lastly, it doesn't taste bad at all! I'm really like nutrisport now. Better than the rest in terms of quality and price. Will buy more!

I am allergic to any form of Soy and wondered if this product had any soy or soy derivatives in it all?

There are no soy ingredients but it says it is blended on a line upon which soy is also processed. So if you are extremely allergic, stay clear of this product.
