Directions
Contains caffeine. Individuals highly sensitive to caffeine of other stimulants should not use this product. Read product warning prior to use. For best results consume approximately 10 to 30 minutes before training. First time users should start by mixing 1 heaping scoop (20g) with 250mL of water. Experienced, tolerant users may choose to mix 2 heaping scoops (40g) with 500mL of water. Experienced, highly tolerant may mix up to 3 heaping scoops (60g) with 500 to 750mL of water. Do not exceed 3 servings/scoops in a 24 hour period.

First pre-workout drink used and I found it fairly effective. I use 2 scoops as opposed to one and got much better results. Decent pumps, but great energy, a good addition. Pump took a while to arrive but worth the wait.
However I have ordered some Jack3d, which I have heard great things about...Let it begin!!

poor product...didnt experience hardly any pump at al, only thing i felt was a lil energy rush about half way through my workout...after bing a regular user of gaspari superpump i thought id giv another product a try..never again, back to superpump i go
