Very good product been taking this and cnp's pro creatine e2 and strength has rocketed. Tried so many different proteins and creatines and none have had this much of an effect. Had chocolate and strawberry and both great. Definatly recommend!

Been taking this in the evenings with the cnp pro-mass in the mornings and put on some decent size around shoulders.

This stuff rocks! True what they say about it not mixing too well in a shaker but its not the beall and endall. Ive been on this now for 2 weeks (2, two scoop shakes a day) and have seen drmatic changes in my shape and size! Its thick, be warned but tastes good. Have only used Vanilla and Chocolat, both of which are LUSH! I know its expenceive but well worth it!

Hi, I'm 5ft 7", wieght about 9 and a half stone and have a fast motabalism. Ive been using pro-peptie every morning and evening and taking pro-recover after every session at the gym, is it safe to take them like this? What would you recomend to take for best results ?

It's fine from a safety perspective but if you want to make gains and you have a fast metabolism, you probably need a gainer as you can't make gains unless you "out-eat" your metabolism. Try Mutant Mass and add creatine or Mass-Tech (which already contains creatine).
